Happy May Day Everyone!
The start of May brings many new adventures. First off, the first annual Kansas/Nebraska Shop Hop is now half over. We have made lots of new friends each day. The shop hop will continue through May. Please come and visit, collect your stamp and fabric square and see all of our new offerings for Spring.
Also, the Nebraska Passport Program begins TODAY! We are so excited to be part of this program. Stop by for your free passport and explore lots of great sites through the state all summer long.

Our Spring spruce up outside the shop has begun! The new awnings have been installed and look fantastic. A new front door is in-sort of-part of the door closure did not arrive so the door is not available for use-yet. Please use the west classroom door at this time.
This week we will be working on trim paint outside to coordinate with the new look. If the weather holds, hopefully the planters will be filled with new blooms also.

I just completed my runner-this is SO MUCH FUN! Complete whacky sewing-and so fast to make. I think I will start another-so much fun for the new bride-your Valentine sweetheart-or that fun boho loving friend. Don't let the picture fool you-this is a large runner-and so showy.
Sandi is working on her sample now-this quilt looks fantastic. It has a vintage flair with a modern vibe. We have lots of new fabrics that would look so good in this project. Join the retreat and learn all the tricks to make one for yourself.
Enjoy 2 full days of instruction-lunch-snacks and fun.

OPEN SEW DAY IS BACK!
We are once again offering open sew days at the shop.
During the month of May-the classroom will
be open from 1-5 on Thursdays for your sewing fun.
This is a great trial period to begin with-we can discuss with everyone how and when they want the open sew days going forward.
No cost to participate.
