| We are in the countdown to Christmas mode right now. Even though this may seem like the longest year in history-the time between Thanksgiving and Christmas seems to fly by. Ok-we promised a free class on making your own Tomte (Gnome). I purchased a new camera system in anticipation of doing more online programs and dutifully filmed my first class after closing the shop yesterday. The only problem-I evidently didn't get the mic set up properly. So......I am posting the video for everyone to view-but know that you need to turn your volume wayyy up. What is the saying, you can't teach an old dog new tricks???
Regardless, whether you can hear everything properly or not, hopefully you can follow along and start creating your own Tomte collection.

Sandy Gervais recently made a move to Riley Blake Designs. She has come up with a clever new concept. She is featuring a pattern that you can make 3-4 projects using just one 10" square packet when added with background fabrics. This is her Valentine Day project. So sweet! We have the fabric packs, pattern and a couple prints for borders and bindings in the shop now.

Tilda is introducing a new collection-Woodland-that should arrive late Febr. We will be scheduling a new workshop featuring these products. I am totally in love with the fabrics and can't wait for the new arrivals.
We will schedule the workshop once we have a pretty definite delivery date.

Our friend Sandi Griepenstroh will be hosting a sew-along beginning in January featuring the book Quilt Bee and the fabric line Shine On all by Bonnie & Camille.
We have the book in stock and currently 20 bolts of fabrics. We have the fat quarter bundles arriving also-currently set to arrive mid Dec.
This would be a great way to start the New Year quilting.
