We are trying hard to find a little Spring. We are hoping the next round of storms are rain and no more snow. My flower gardens are trying to peek through with a few anxious sprouts-but I think they need to stay covered a couple more weeks. This does mean that it is time to start some new Spring and Summer projects-time for a little brightness. We have several new quilt kits-and new wool bundles this week. I am ready for a little color to brighten up-how about you?

variety of fabrics from Springy to Christmas. We are using the Creative Grid 60 Diamond ruler-and makes this so easy and accurate, but with a little figuring you could adapt this to other rulers.-

I have chosen to do my flowers all the same-but would
be beautiful with the three flowers in different fabrics.
The directions call for using Folded Corner Clipper-but you can successfully use the Quarter Square Triangle ruler instead. A nice larger sized runner perfect for Spring decorating.

ruler by Creative Grids. A perfect project to use up
those fat quarters that we have saving back. I have pulled my fabrics
and hope to get this pieced this week. How fun is it to have lots
of new displays with great new quilts.
