We have decided to go with one thought-think Spring. We know that she must be hiding just around the corner, as Old Man Winter has worn out his welcome. We are stitching up new samples-loving bright and fun fabrics for class samples. Our Boot Quiltin' Boogie shop hop is still underway until March 23. We have new and bright fabrics arriving-

Mixing Bowls March 13 1-5 pm $10 I have always loved making these bowls-and yes you can do it on a traditional sewing machine. We are using cotton clothesline-available at the shop-along with fabric. I tend to like batiks-but regular cotton works as well. The pattern calls for 10" squares of fabric, but I have successfully done this with fabric strips as well. I predict that everyone will walk out with at least 1 complete bowl. A package of clothesline can complete up to 3 bowls. Register Now |
| Begonia Runner April 16 1-5 pm $10 I have chosen to do my flowers all the same-but would be beautiful with the three flowers in different fabrics. The directions call for using Folded Corner Clipper-but you can successfully use the Quarter Square Triangle ruler instead. A nice larger sized runner perfect for Spring decorating. Register Now |

Hollow Star Runner April 2 1-5 pm $10 I absolutely love this runner. I can see it done in a variety of fabrics from Springy to Christmas. | Log Cabin Star Mini April 30 1-5 pm $10 What a wonderful and fun project! We are using our trusty 4" Log Cabin ruler by Creative Grids. A few quick blocks and you will have a new Patriotic mini quilt. I chose some new fabrics by Windham called Terain-they almost give the look of weathered wood. Register Now |
